Although I concur in the remainder of the Court’s decision, including its determination that N.C. Gen. Stat. § lC-1601(a)(9) renders funds contained in Defendant’s individual retirement accounts exempt from execution despite the fact that Defendant had withdrawn monies from those accounts on two prior occasions, I respectfully dissent from the Court’s decision to vacate that portion of the trial court’s order that.requires Defendant to notify Plaintiff of any withdrawal from his individual retirement accounts and allows Plaintiff five business days “to file a motion or otherwise petition the…
