This matter comes before the court on the Motion of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Artra Group, Inc. For Approval of Amended Settlement Agreement and Clarification of Derivative Claims. The Committee wants the court to approve a settlement agreement resolving a pending adversary proceeding.
