On December 27, 1967, the trial court entered a decree of divorce dissolving the marriage of the parties and awarding custody of the two minor children to the father who ig the plaintiff in error. The mother of the children is the defendant in error.
This case is here on a Writ of Error directed to a subsequent custodial order awarding the custody of the children to the mother.
