Following the hearing on June 16,1 thought it would be advisable to clarify the principles which will govern the consideration of the admissibility of the testimony of the licensed clinical social worker on the issues of the counseling of the statutory beneficiaries and the costs of that counseling, and the grounds upon which I ruled on the motions in limine with respect to the expert testimony and the mental anguish claims.
