*1059In a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5) for leave to serve a late notice of claim, the petitioner appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Flug, J.), dated January 4, 2008, as denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
