Consumers ’ Ice & Coal Company is a domestic corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of ice at Pine Bluff, 'and while so engaged it purchased from appellant, a foreign corporation, domiciled at Niles, Ohio, a lot of standard ice cans, the total price for the purchase being $6,701. The cans were shipped by appellant to 'Consumers ’ Ice & Coal Company and received by the latter at its place of business in Pine Bluff.
