On this accounting objections were filed by the three children of Henry Finck, a deceased son. These objections concern the effect to be given to the 8th paragraph of the will in the final distribution of the balance now in the hands of the executors. This paragraph reads as follows: “ Eighth: The indebtedness of my son Henry (deceased) to me through the estate of his late father, amounting to Six thousand Dollars ($6000) and also the aggregate of the advances of Fifty Dollars (50) per month from the time of the decease of my said son, Henry to September 1902, and Forty Dollars (4.0)…
