DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Dennis Scouler, has filed this original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order which denied relator temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation beginning January 27, 2005 on grounds that relator had failed to present sufficient medical evidence of disability and based upon a finding that relator had voluntarily abandoned his employment with his employer, Big Lots Stores, Inc.
