Appellant was convicted In the county court of child desertion, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $100 and confinement in the county jail for 60 days.
The case must be reversed because of what appears to us to be an entire lack of evidence sufficient to justify the verdict. Appellant’s wife testified that she had filed the complaint against her husband at a time when she was mad with him.
