MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MERRITT S. DEITZ, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Gary Wayne Todd filed a Chapter 7 petition on December 10,1981, and in his schedule of assets and liabilities listed an unsecured debt of $2,400 to Peoples Security Finance Co., Inc. Peoples Security challenges the dischargeability of that debt, claiming that the debtor committed actual fraud in obtaining a release of its lien on a motorcycle by promising to grant immediate replacement collateral. 1
By agreement the parties have dispensed with an evidentiary hearing and have submitted the matter for decision on briefs and uncontested…
