Defendants Herfurtb and Conger, policemen of the city of Flint, Michigan, appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff King, the jury awarding him $450 on the first count and $200 on the second count of bis declaration. An amended judgment was subsequently entered nunc fro tunc. Counsel filed a stipulation correcting the record submitted to us and stating that the verdict therein shown was not correct but that the judgment later entered and appealed from is in accordance with the correct verdict.
