This litigation arises out of the initial public offering of common stock of Veri-Fone, Inc. on March 13, 1990.
The offering was underwritten on a firm commitment basis at $16 per share by Morgan Stanley & Co., Robertson, Stephens & Co. (“Robertson”), and Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. (“Dean Witter”).
