The appellee, claiming- a five-year exemption from all ad valorem taxation on a certain garment factory site, building, machinery and equipment in Harrison County, on the ground that the same was being used in the op-. eration of a new factory and new enterprise of public utility within the meaning of certain statutes hereinafter mentioned, brought this suit and enjoined the appellant, as Sheriff and Tax Collector of said county, from selling or attempting to sell said property for the collection of ad valorem taxes thereon for the year 1937,…
