— In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 for the award of visitation rights, petitioner appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Abrams, J.), entered January 4, 1984, which dismissed the petition, without prejudice, for lack of jurisdiction.
