In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 13, 1968, which, on plaintiff’s motion, directed that defendant be precluded from having its physician testify at the trial of the action unless a copy of the physician’s report be served upon plaintiff at least 30 days prior to the trial. Order reversed, on the law and facts, without costs, and motion denied.
