From time to time during the pendency o'f these proceedings, various questions and issues have been raised. Those questions and issues were referred to and stated in general terms in the orders entered herein on February 4, 1948, and July 19, 1948. Proof was taken in August, 1948, with respect to a number of the questions and issues. The deposition of A. H. Grayburn, taken at Ashland, Kentucky, August 3, 4, 5, 1948, relates in considerable detail to the facts and to the records with respect to certain issues.
