Pius A. Uzamere, pro se, appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, dismissing his challenge to a proposed judicial tax sale of two properties. The trial court concluded that Uzamere lacked authority to represent a partnership, Family Way L.P., which owned a lienhold interest in the real property being exposed to judicial sale, because Uzamere was not licensed to practice law. On that basis, the trial court dismissed Uzamere’s challenge to the tax sale.
