Appellants Ben and Jerri Lindsey (hereafter Lindsey) seek reversal of the summary judgment granted in favor of appellees Cedric and June Dempsey (hereafter Dempsey) and Henry and Phyllis Koffler (hereafter Koffler) in Lindsey’s suit for breach of contract, fraud, intentional interference with contractual relations, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
