OPINION
BRETT, Judge:
Appellant, Billy Dean Burns, appeals from the conviction of District Court, Washington County, Case No. CRF-75-354, Carrying a Firearm, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S.1971, § 1283.
Appellant raises four errors which warrant discussion by this Court. First, he argues that the gun with the possession of which he is charged should have been suppressed as the fruits of an illegal search.
