I. INTRODUCTION

The Alaska Sex Offender Registration Act (ASORA) requires a person "convicted of ... two or more sex offenses" to register for life as a sex offender.1 The question raised in these two consolidated appeals is whether this provision applies to a person convicted in a single proceeding of two (or more) sex offenses.
