—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of two counts each of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [1], [3]), grand larceny in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 155.30 [5], [7]), assault in the first degree (Penal Law § 120.10 [1], [4]), attempted robbery in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 160.10 [1], [2] [b]), and other crimes.
