Collins Tillery, plaintiff in error, here designated the defendant, was by information filed in the district court of Oklahoma' county on December 10, 1919, charged with the murder of J. M. Williams. At the trial, by a verdict of a jury on January 23, 1920, defendant was found guilty of murder, and his punishment fixed at) hard labor for life in the state penitentiary. From the judgment on this verdict he appeals.
