Felicita Eivera brought suit on behalf of her infant son Eafael Eivera for damages and alleged among other things that defendant owned and maintained at a certain corner of Plaza Degetau, in the city of Ponce, an establishment open to the public, to wit, a drug store and other lines of business including the manufacture and sale of ices and refreshments, in the making of which defendant used an electric motor operating machinery for the crushing of ice and the turning of freezers, the said motor being located within the…
