Reversing.

Henry Hibson was cbarged with shooting Lafayette Miller and burning bis body. Upon Ms trial be was found guilty and bis punishment fixed at life imprisonment. On tMs appeal be earnestly insists that (1) the court should have peremptorily instructed the jury to find him not guilty; and (2) the court gave erroneous instructions to the jury.
