On January 2, 1985 the Chapter 13 Trustee filed an adversary complaint, accompanied by certain exhibits, alleging that defendant, Society Bank, had received a preferential transfer from the debtors, Thomas and Cassandra Stump, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
