Appeal from Pike Circuit Court. — Row. David R. Ely, Judge. (1) The contract sued on was invalid for the following reasons: 1st. The record of the county court relating to said contract was not broad enough and did not contain the terms of the contract. A contract made with the county court must be proved by the record alone, and the record itself must contain all the terms of the contract, or the contract must be incorporated in the record.
