This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered in favor of appellee in the underlying medical malpractice case filed by appellants, who are the plaintiffs below.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs sued appellee and others following the tragic death of plaintiffs’ four-day-old infant son (Samuel), asserting claims for medical malpractice, negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, and gross negligence.
