Appellees, as trustees of schools in township I south, range 10 west, third principal meridian, in Monroe county, filed their bill in the circuit court of that county against appellants, Joshua Wilson and Luella B. Wilson, his wife, to remove an alleged cloud and to quiet the title to certain real estate in the village of Columbia. Appellants answered the bill, denying that appellees were entitled to the relief prayed. There was a hearing before the chancellor, a decree was entered as prayed, and an appeal has been prosecuted to this court.
