W. J. Lawrence filed suit for damages against tbe Atlanta Gas-Light Company. The defendant company filed both general and special demurrers to the petition, which were sustained, and the action was dismissed. To this judgment he excepted. .His petition, after alleging the necessary jurisdictional facts, alleges: “That prior to July, 1930, your petitioner resided at No. 378 McDonough road, S.
