Yellow Freight Systems, Inc. (employer) contends the Workers’ Compensation Commission (commission) erred in awarding temporary total disability benefits to Sharon Robinson (claimant). Specifically, employer argues the commission improperly applied the doctrine of compensable consequences to a pre-existing mental or emotional condition or illness.
