BAILES, Judge.

This appeal is from the judgment of the trial court denying recovery to plaintiff, Binnings Construction Company, Inc. (Bin-nings), of alleged expenses incurred in moving pile driving equipment to the construction site on the Louisiana State University campus at Baton Rouge in anticipation of performing work under a subcontract from defendant, Carpenter Brothers, Inc. (Carpenter). Also named defendant in this action was Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (LSU).
