¶ 1. Michael Scott Long seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals affirming his conviction and sentence for second-degree sexual assault and false imprisonment. He asserts that there was insufficient evidence to convict him of either offense. In addition, he contends that the circuit court erroneously concluded that he was a persistent repeater under Wis. Stat. § 939.62(2m) (2007-08).
