Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed December 9, 2009, which ruled that claimant sustained a compensable injury and awarded workers’ compensation benefits.

In July 2008, claimant submitted a claim for workers’ compensation benefits alleging that he had injured his back on March 31, 2008 while lifting manhole covers during the course of his employment.
