— W. P. Brewington died intestate seized of certain real estate in Madison county, Missouri, leaving a widow and two sets of heirs, some of them children by an earlier and some by a later mar*52riage — some adults, others minors. The lands of decedent were in three separate and detached tracts, designated in the record as “Farm No. 1,” “Farm No. 2,” and “Farm No. 3,” and here (for convenience) called A, B and O, respectively.
