Dorothy Hickman appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment denying her claim alleging violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., by Cliff Peck Chevrolet, Inc. and General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and dismissing without prejudice her pendent state usury claim.
