The opinion in this case was filed in this'court on May 10, 1915 (148 Pac. 369). Within due time the defendant in error filed his petition for a rehearing. In the opinion we correctly quoted the first’, third and fourth interrogatories’, but erroneously quoted the second interrogatory. As the record shows, the interrogatory submitted to the jury is as follows, viz.: “2. What is the amount due under the evidence from the defendant to the plaintiffs as a balance on account of the advances made to the defendant of $24,-000, and the interest thereon at 6%…
