Plaintiff, Farmers Bank of Estill County, brought this action against the defendants, Gahren, Dodge & Maltby, and the Citizens Trust & Guaranty Company of Parkersburg, West Virginia, to recover the sum of $5,000 with interest from October 22, 1912, until paid.
