The appellee filed three suits against the appellant in justice of the peace court of Grant county, Arkansas. Default judgments in favor of the appellee against the appellant were rendered in each case, and appeals were duly prosecuted by the appellant to the circuit court of Grant county, where answers were filed b3r the appellant, and the causes consolidated. On February 20, 1942, the circuit court entered the following order in the ease: “On this day this cause coming on to be heard, and b3^ consent of all parties herein this cause is dismissed.
