The defendant Hanna being a nonresident of the state, this court can acquire no jurisdiction over him against his consent, unless it can be maintained that this action is predicable of the act of congress of July 2, 1890, entitled “An act to protect trade and commerce against unlawful restraints and monopolies.” 26 Stat. 209.
