Plaintiff in error was a domestic corporation, with its principal place or business in the city of Tulsa. On January 1, 1926, it was the owner of property, either temporarily or permanently located in Beck-ham county, in this state.

The evidence failed to show how long the property had remained in that county, . or the use to which it was devoted. The business of the corporation does not appear from the evidence, except as suggested by its name and the list of property assessed for taxation in that county.
