COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Barry Rose (“Rose”) was charged in a four-count indictment with two counts of aiding and abetting the transportation and receiving of a stolen motor vehicle (a “Bobcat” tractor and trailer) in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2312 and 2313, and with two counts of aiding and abetting the transportation and receiving of stolen goods other than a motor vehicle in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2,18 U.S.C. §§ 2314 and 2315. After Rose was convicted by a jury on all four counts, the district court granted the defendant’s motion to arrest judgment on Counts III and IV…
