The appellants, complainants in the court below, filed a bill in the chancery court seeking an injunction against the municipal authorities of the town of Duck Hill, Miss., to prevent them from making certain street improvements at the expense of the abutting property owners. The town operates under chapter 99 of the Code of 190*6, the general municipal chapter, and the amendments thereto.
