Plaintiff-appellant Daniel A. Riles, Jr. appeals the judgment of the district court entered September 30,2015, dismissing his claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against various doctors, administrators, and corrections officers at Northern Correctional Institution (“Northern”).
