DECISION AND ORDER
SPATT, District Judge.
On January 29, 2014, 993 F.Supp.2d 332 (E.D.N.Y.2014), the Court issued a Memorandum of Decision and Order that dismissed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, filed by the presently incarcerated Petitioner Ledwin Castro (the “Petitioner”) pro se, on the ground that he was denied his constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel in his federal trial.
