*112Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Budd G. Goodman, J.), rendered December 16, 2002, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of burglary in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, six counts of possession of burglar’s tools, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent felony offender, to a term of 15 years to life on the burglary conviction and a term of one year on each of the other convictions, with all sentences to run concurrently, affirmed.
