*1223The charges here arise out of three burglaries that occurred at three different locations between October 14 and October 16, 2006. There were no eyewitnesses to any of the burglaries. However, defendant was apprehended and arrested based upon an identification made by a local resident of the area in which the burglaries occurred, together with certain evidence found on defendant’s person.
