LITTLETON, Judge.

This is an appeal by the United States from a final determination of the Indian Claims Commission in Docket No. 32, dated March 12, 1957, as amended, on July 18, 1957, in which the Commission, after making findings of fact and rendering an opinion, held that the United States was liable to the petitioners for the difference between the value of certain land and the price paid to petitioners therefor.
