ACCELERATED DOCKET ORDER

On August 15,1988, appellant pled guilty in Case No. CRF-88-98 to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and received a five (5) year suspended sentence. Several years later on February 3, 1991, a search warrant was executed at appellant’s residence and contraband was discovered. Appellant was then charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance With Intent to Distribute, and Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia, in Case No. CRF-91-23.
