¶1 Amanda Byrd entered a guilty plea to a single count of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs. The Fourth Judicial District Court stayed sentencing until Byrd completed a 12-month drug and alcohol addiction treatment program through Rimrock Foundation in Billings, Montana. Shortly after completing the treatment program, Byrd relapsed, and was taken into custody and subsequently sentenced.
