OPINION APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION AND AWARDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES

MCMAHON, District Judge.

The parties to this securities fraud class action submitted a proposed settlement to the Court for approval. For the reasons stated below, the settlement is approved, and the plaintiffs request for attorneys’ fees is granted.
